Before beginning your Rack Rental, please ensure you have reviewed the Terms and Conditions below.
By paying for your Rack Booking, it is assumed you have read the T’s and C’s.

  • Rack bookings can be made online or by contacting the store.
    You will receive an invoice by email for the rack rental fee, which must be paid within 48 hours. Failure to pay on time will result in the cancellation of your booking.

    Rental fees are not refundable within 14 days of the reservation start date, and no refunds are issued if the seller decides to finish their rental early.

    Date change requests within 14 days of reservation start date are not guaranteed and will be managed on a case-by-case basis. Reservations moved to later dates will not be eligible for refund.

    To manage your booking and track sales during your rental period, you must be registered on our online booking platform, Zellr.

  • When uploading your garments to Zellr, keep descriptions brief and clear. Start with the brand, like "ZIMMERMANN Aqua Patterned Dress - Size 10" or "AJE Black Puff-Sleeved Midi - Size 12." Highlight the color and brand for easy identification, especially if items are moved or tags are lost.

    Clearly label any faulty garments, as we are not responsible for faults that develop while items are in-store.

    Ensure all items have a securely attached barcode tag. For durability, print tags on thicker paper and attach them with a string through the brand label or a safety pin. Avoid placing tags on coat hangers or around buttons and belt loops, as they may get lost.

    Please use only the coat hangers provided by us on the racks.

  • Once you make some sales, you’re welcome to bring in additional items to replenish your rack. Please limit top-ups to 2 per week and schedule them after 11am. Text us in advance so we can prepare your tags.

    We do not accept underwear or sleepwear.

    All garments must be clean and in good condition. We reserve the right to remove any items deemed unsellable due to their condition.

  • At the end of your rack rental period, please ensure your rack is emptied at least one hour before our closing time. If you cannot pack down your items yourself, we offer a $30 pack-up service, provided you notify us at least 2 days in advance. Failure to empty the rack by the end of the rental period will result in a $30 packing fee deducted from your sales.

    Items left unclaimed for seven days after the rental period will become the property of Re-Rack It and may be donated to charity or disposed of.

    Due to limited storage space, please arrange for timely pickup or designate someone to collect your items on your behalf. Items must be cleared to accommodate the next seller's booking the following day.

  • The seller's proceeds, after deducting the commission, will be transferred to their bank account within 7 business days following the end of the rental period.

  • Items sold belong to the rack owner, not to Re-Rack It. Once an item is purchased, the owner's booking is updated to reflect the sale, and we cannot process exchanges, returns, or refunds.

    Please inspect all purchased items carefully in-store, as we have a strict no-returns policy due to the nature of our business.

  • While we take measures to protect your clothes, Re-Rack It is not liable for damage, loss, theft, fire, water damage, or any other unforeseen incidents.

    Selling items that do not belong to you or are stolen is strictly prohibited. By listing items for sale, you confirm that you are the rightful owner. Sales of counterfeit products are also prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.

  • Selling counterfeit goods is illegal in Australia, and Re-Rack It does not accept them. Please do not place counterfeit items on your rack, as we cannot accommodate them.
