HIGH END CONSIGNMENT OPTION

We’d love to showcase your high-end items on display for customers to admire.
Items will be featured in-store for 4 weeks, with a 30% commission deducted upon sale.

PACK DOWN SERVICE
If you can’t pack up your remaining items on the last day, we offer a $30 service to pack and store them until you can collect them.

1. CLEAN OUT YOUR CLOSET
• Begin by going through all your clothes, bags, shoes and accessories that you no longer need or wear.

• Ensure that the items you want to sell are clean, free from stains, faults and in good condition.
Buyers prefer well-maintained items.

2. RESERVE A RACK
• Navigate to the "Book a Rack" section.

• Choose a rack size and date that works for you to drop off your items.
One week booking is 5 days, 2 weeks is 10 days etc…
Book in advance to secure your spot.

• Complete your reservation by paying the booking fee, which will be invoiced to you via email.
Payment must be made within 48 hours, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking.

3. GENERATE BARCODES AND SET PRICES
• Download the Zellr app from your app store or log in on your desktop using the account details sent to you via email.
If using the app, type in Re-Rack It when selecting your store.

• Enter details such as brand, size, and description as prompted.

• Price your items competitively which will help generate sales for nyour rack rental period.
Pro Tip: Check prices of similar products on depop and ebay to determine a fair market value.

• Contact the store once description and prices have been set, barcodes will be made for each item and will be printed in store ready for you to attach to your items on drop off day.

4. DROP OFF YOUR ITEMS
• On your scheduled date, visit the store and check in with the staff. They will guide you through the drop-off process.
Easiest way to transport items is in a suitcase or washing basket.

• Arrange your items neatly on the rack with hangers provided by Re-Rack It, making sure they are easy to browse and well-presented, please ensure all your items have their barcodes attached.

5. EARN AND MANAGE YOUR SALES
• Promote your rack by encouraging friends and family to visit and share through your social networks.

• Use Zellr or the Zellr App to monitor your sales in real-time and replenish your rack if needed.
Please ensure a product sheet is completed prior to dropping items off, unless using the paid express service.

• After your selling period ends, visit the store to pick up any unsold items and check your account for your earnings.

• We will process and transfer your earnings within one week of your rack period ending.
